Last week for "HE" (they no long call it FHE because we aren't a family - so now it is Home Evening which still doesn't really make since) we did a slip 'n slide at Flat Iron Park...So amazing! They have a huge hill that is just waiting for fun to be had on it. So the FHE (yes I am still going to call it what I want) committee set up tarps clear to the bottom of the hill. We got hosed down so we were nice and wet and zoomed down the hill. The sprinklers came on part way which made it that much more fun:)
We had a couple of trains going and it got a little out of control but so much fun!
Everyone was trying to go down on their feet and Jenny did a pretty good job. There was one guy that made it clear to the bottom and got a steak dinner out of it. Not too shabby, eh?
I liked going on my belly best, mostly bc I felt like I went faster. But there was one run I almost ran into one of the stakes and I almost didn't roll out of the way in time. That would've left a mark. You got quite a bit of speed and momentum going down. Total Awesomeness:)
Sister Crockett even attempted (this is our Bishops wife). I love her! She is so much fun!
Part of our group. We had a pretty good turn out and those that didn't make it, missed out!
Diana sliding into home. She is pretty awesome herself:)

We had a great time! We did get a few rips in the tarps at the end and the guys were lathering themselves in soap, so it got a little bit interesting but super fun, no doubt.
