Last week I went up to my parents house to take pictures of Aspen playing in the big pile of leaves. They had been there waiting for quite some time and we finally found a time that we all could come. We thought Aspen would absolutely love them, but turns out, she wasn't a huge fan. This is because she hates to get dirty, probably got it from me. I stepped in a rotten apple and goop got all over my new boot! I was freaking out, and now my boot is stained! Grr! (Any suggestions? My mom said try dawn....)
She did love throwing them up in the air and jumping off the little brick wall. She thought that was pretty cool. She also helped 'grandma' put them in the bags and enjoyed raking them up with the rake that was much taller than she! 
See...I was there...
They both loved the swing. So we threw some leaves on there and then buried them. They thought that was OK.

I never thought I could get beautifully, full-bloomed roses and fall leaves in the same photo...but I accomplished what I thought to be the impossible! Aren't they gorgeous?
Happy fall Y'all....I guess now its winter after our most recent snow storm!
