On a Mountain Top

Our family spent Labor Day weekend up in Sundance, at the Sperry Cabin. We had a great time just chillin, playing games, scrapbooking, hot tubing, and the best part, hiking to Stewart Falls and then through the Canyon. Our hike ended up being a lot longer than we had planned because somebody thought they knew where they were going and but turns out they didn't. It turned into quite the adventure and I wouldn't have had it go any other way! Tyler and I hiked up to the waterfall, which was super fun but a little tricky coming back down because of the slick rocks. We hiked to the top of the ski slope and back down along the ski lift. I would say in all, we hiked about 3 miles and it was beautiful up there! We were all pretty starving by the time we made it back and fairly exhausted. But my knee brace did me wonders and didn't have any pain the whole time! it was great! Happy Labor Day all!
