She is Four

Sometimes I wonder where time goes! Aspen is four and I just can't get over how big she is....well, still very petite for her age but she is no longer a baby or a toddler, she is turning into a little girl. She has a very big imagination, playing dress up and "mommy", and driving to the cafe to get a bit to eat. 

Happy 4th Birthday Aspen! 

She wanted a Campout Themed Birthday Party. Last minute we decided to make it owl themed...perfectly fine by me bc I am a fan of owls:) I helped Tiff prepare all of the cute decorations and details of the party, the banner, favors, labels for the trial mix. It was so adorable! Tiff always does an excellent job with the cake (cupcakes) and is just as creative in my opinion. 

We had all the family there to celebrate with cake and ice cream and presents before the adults scattered, leaving Tyler with all the kids in a backyard campout! haha. He slept at the tent door to be sure none of them escaped during the night and also to be that very protective father he is so good at.

Colt is all smiles and is starting to get more and more of a personality. 

The kids made there own trail mix combo, placing them into bags which they assembled together owls on the front adding accessories such as glasses, purses, ties, and bows which I cut out of my Silhouette. They loved it!
