I recently stitched majors from Art and Visual Communication: Emphasis in Photography to Exercise Science! I know, that's a big change. I do love photography and I will continue doing it on the side. But I feel like photography is one of those things that requires more experience rather than a degree. Very few professional photographers even have a degree anymore. So I have decided to move forward, full force and switch gears to something else that I love. Something that does require a degree. I want to motivate others to get their body into shape. I want to be a personal trainer and push people to their limits, let them know they can go harder and be stronger! I seriously cannot wait to get started:)I am doing TOSH Accelerated Training and I love every second of it. I go twice a week and it is intense and freakin' awesome! Some may think I am crazy for doing such a thing for fun...but that's me. I love to work hard and be pushed even harder. Watch out, here I come!

The days I am not in TOSH I do my own, personally formed workouts in my room. I have plenty to keep me busy and a lot of it doesn't even involve equipment. Occasionally I will do Jillian Micheals and the other day I did P90X. Now I can't move my arms...my upper arms and shoulders are so sore from doing a billion push-ups and chin-ups (that is an exaggeration BTW:)I do miss being a gymnast, but I am determined to stay in shape and remain flexible. When I am 90 years old, I am still going to be able to do all 3 splits.

I am so excited to get started in the fall. There will be a lot of science classes involved and a lot of hard work and studying of human anatomy...but I will love what I can do with the end result!
