Conference Weekend

I love Conference Weekend. The whole week I spend in anticipation for what will be said. I love listening to the words of our church leaders and I love hearing our very own prophet, President Thomas S. Monson. I know he is a prophet of God and speaks directly through Him. I am so grateful for the direction we have in this church and the knowledge of those things that are so important in this life. The reason we are here and where we are going. I strive every day to follow the commandments in hopes to return to live with my Father in Heaven and my brother, Jesus Christ, as well as my family. I know that Pres. Monson is a true Prophet of God and that his words are true and real. I will follow him and strive to be more like my Savior. At the conclusion of the conference, Pres. Monson said, “We face many challenges in the world today, but I assure you that our Heavenly Father is mindful of us. He loves each of us and will bless us as we seek Him through prayer and strive to keep His commandments.” We woke up to lots and lots of snow.....and it continued to snow all day long....so pretty...but I am so ready for summer! -Peanut
