Last Minute Trip

At the last minute, we decided to stay in the Bear Lake Worldmark Resort. (2 weeks ago). Nick had a tennis tournament in Logan, so my family just drove up from there Friday and My dad and I (who were left behind b/c of work) met them on Saturday. I love spending time with my family, especially the 'just for fun' times! Through lots of laughter, smiles, and jokes we made wonderful everlasting memories.
Tiffany and I - "YAHTZEE!"

The Best Raspberry Chocolate shakes are found at Bear Lake. They are known for their Raspberries and its true, they are YUMMY!

Tyler and Nick threw me up in the air and I flipped, back and front. It took us a couple of times to get the hang of making my go up, but thanks to my dad's helpful tips, we had everyone staring. In fact, there was a bunch of girls there who were dancers or cheerleaders? and they started doing to same thing. FUN TIMES! I even did a back pike!

I got to try out Tiffany's i-pod in the water! She has one of those waterproof cases and it is amazing! Especially when you hide under the water!

The hot tub was extremely HOT! I didnt even get all the way in and when I lifted my legs out, they looked like a really bad sunburn!

This was the view from the back door of our condo. The lake, completely iced over, looked really cool. I planned on getting more pictures, but Sunday morning when we left, a thick fog filled the sky, so you couldn't see the lake at all. Too bad:(

We didnt have any luck seeing the frozen lake or any moose or eagles Sunday morning, but we did come across a group of deer.

Over all it was a Wonderful weekend and it felt nice to get away and just relax.

What did I do with Rex? Well, he spent his very first time away from home in a kennel. I took him to his regular vet since they do boarding there. He came back to me VERY happy and with freshly trimmed nails and brushed teeth/coat. They took very good care of him and he had a great time with the other dogs. I felt better about the whole situation when they told me that all the dogs had to be up to date on shots and on heartworm; decreased risk of picking something up on his stay.

Looks like a lot of fun. I can't believe how high you were in that pool pic. I'm glad you got to get away with your family, and that Rex did okay without Hotel Jaime.

That was so much fun. I need a much longer vacation now. But with Tylers new job we probably wont get one for a little while. You haven't mentioned your new job?!?! By the way that is a very scary picture of me :)
