Am I Dreaming?

I loved my yellow bug, that is until it seemed everything was going wrong. The check engine light appeared, my turbo was making weird sounds & winding every time I turned off my car, and it had 107,000 miles on it! So with a WONDERFUL new job (at Close to my Heart as a designer) I figured it was time to trade it in and upgrade. . .

I drove home Monday night - April 14, 2008 - with a Brand spankin' new Volkswagen Convertible Beetle (drove off the car lot with 30 miles on it!)! I was grinning ear to ear as my dad said. It was a tough decision, but I believe I made the right one. I am loving it more and more every day and I love the days I can drive it with the top down! FUN FUN FUN!!!

Here I am washing it in my driveway. Since I bought it, it has been washed 3x, once at the dealership, once in a car wash and once in my driveway, I like a nice cleeean car. I think the first thing I am going to get for it is a clear bra. . . about $800! yeah! more than I was expecting! but It will be totally worth it.

Of course I have to have my flower. I had yellow and pink before, but they just didn't go, so I headed to Roberts and bought a new one.
